Along the way, we can address the conditioning, the obstacles, the mindsets that have been in the way, with respect and safety and, when appropriate, utilize holistic methods to clear and transform them. These methods can include energetic healing, breath awareness or practice, meditative transmission and guidance, and if we meet in person, bodywork.
